Alkyl Polyglucosides (APGs)surfactants ne marasa ionic waɗanda aka haɗa ta hanyar haɗa wani sinadari na sukari (misali, glucose) zuwa barasa mai kitse ta hanyar haɗin glycosidic. Ya ƙunshi kan Hydrophilic (An samo daga glucose ko polysaccharides, wanda ke tabbatar da narkewar ruwa) da wutsiyoyin Hydrophobic (Ƙungiyar alkyl mai tsayi (C8 - C16) wacce ke ba da alaƙar mai da aikin saman).
